Our core virtual desktop infrastructure service provides cost accessible, high performance remote access vdesk technology that can be deployed across a range of hardware options, provided by ourselves or our partners.
vdesks effectively move your desktop resource to server class infrastructure and free your team from traditional fixed place workstations, enabling better flexibility of office use, support of hybrid working, connection between offices and the ability to respond to changing circumstances.
vdesks are efficiently managed through our simple, yet highly functional administration portal with rapid deployment cloning, configurable resource allocation, active directory syncing, maintenance access, activity logs and more, saving vast amounts of IT management time.
Our dedicated vdesks are subject to low cost licensing (monthly billing, annual commitment).
IaaS
Remove servers from the office and improve business continuity
We provide competitively priced infrastructure as a service (IaaS) for customers who choose to host their vdesks with us.
Customers’ virtual server resources are replicated across three high specification physical servers within highly redundant server clusters for excellent performance and resiliency. Our network is minimum 10Gbps and all our resources benefit from dual and diverse power and connectivity, significantly reducing the potential risk of downtime.
We partner with a Tier 4 datacentre for excellent levels of physical security and environmental management, utilising 100% green energy.
Colocation and bespoke network options are available on request.
Scale your resources easily
Inevidesk hosted customers can scale their VDI estate by the individual vdesk on a monthly or annual basis with Flexidesk to better serve fluctuating demand.
Flexidesks are managed in our administration portal alongside dedicated pod resources for easy IT management.

Our virtual platform
Our VDI platform consists of an in house designed and developed solution that incorporates a KVM base, individual Windows virtual desktops, Windows and Mac client application with remote power control and a simple, yet sophisticated administration portal.
Our administration portal was designed with IT administrators in mind to make their job more efficient. vdesks can be created and deployed in minutes, users managed with active directory syncing, pod resources reconfigured easily and troubleshooting made accessible through a maintenance mode. The portal continues to evolve to ever better meet the needs of our customers and free up IT administrators from laborious, time consuming tasks.
Our VDI pods
Our bespoke built server hardware is designed to provide high density, high performance VDI for different applications, but often for those organisations with demanding GPU requirements. We offer both dedicated Nvidia GPU and shared Intel Flex GPU options, utilise high clock speed Threadripper Pro CPUs, fast and redundant SSDs and DDR5 RAM. Every pod has dual power and 10Gbps network inputs for redundancy.
Our IaaS
Our hosting infrastructure utilises best in class server hardware to ensure performance and reliability, whilst building in excellent levels of resiliency through replication within our server clusters (all virtual resources being replicated across three physical servers). Our base network speed is 10Gbps, utilising redundant, high performance networking equipment to support secure, virtual networks for each hosted organisation.

Although any remote desktop technology can be used to access our vdesks, many of our customers benefit from our long standing relationship with (Unity owned) Parsec: the current leading remote desktop technology in the world.
Parsec enables the best experience for those who depend on responsiveness, colour accuracy and low latency, including multiple monitors streaming 4K at 60fps and those who are connecting over low bandwidth or internationally. Parsec is an ideal partner for GPU accelerated virtual desktops.
Our long standing datacentre partners are perfectly aligned with our approach, providing exceptionally high level and progressive datacentre services, with a personal and deeply technical bent. Critically, they are strongly focused on sustainability, utilising 100% green energy and targeting a world leading PUE of 1.05. Of course, they also provide extremely high levels of physical and digital security, environmental management and responsive remote hands support.
